Tina is a studio potter based in London producing one off hand built ceramics.

Tina Vlassopulos studied ceramics at Bristol Polytechnic in 1977. In 1986 she was selected Fellow of the Craft Potters Association. In 1990 she was awarded the Texas Instruments Art Collection award and in 1991 the Hellenic Foundation Arts Award.
She is represented in many collections in England and abroad.

In OCTOBER 2011, Tina Vlassopulos is our FEATURED MAKER. Her organic hand-built pieces have always been a favourite and we are particularly pleased that we are to have some of her new work which has been developed this year. It is a feature of the current ceramic landscape that a number of potters are using these rather difficult times to develop their work and in some cases take it in an entirely different direction. We will have to wait to see how Tina has chosen to take her work forward.
