Through her hand built sculptural ceramics and wall panels Jane Cairns seeks to share the accidental poetry she finds in the unnoticed and overlooked. Taking an experimental approach to ceramic processes and materials her work reflects the forms, colours and textures of the built environment and captures the unexpected beauty of neglected places and found objects.
