Coiling may be a technique dating back thousands of years however, Jane’s vessels are strikingly contemporary. Her immaculate finishing and brilliant use of colour secure her place in contemporary ceramics. Born in Essex, Jane moved to Cambridge in 1962 and opened her own workshop 3 years later. Over the years she has developed her own personal style in ceramic art and painting. She has been a professional ceramicist for over 20 years
