Nora Hadley lives in the South East of England, working from a studio near the Thames estuary.
Constantly refining ideas, her current work focuses on the simplicity of form, flow, and the natural tactile nature of the medium.
To achieve this she uses stoneware clay, often blending several clays together to achieve the required tone and texture. She then applies oxides, stains and clay slips, in a process that is both organic, yet structured. As a result, no two sculptural pieces are ever quite the same.
