Three of a Kind - Part One

Three of a Kind is an especially curated show to celebrate our fifteen years as a specialist studio ceramics gallery.

We have held around 150 exhibitions over that time and shown the work of many great makers ranging from the very well-known to the newly emerging talent.

As is the Gallery’s ethos of showing diversity through contemporary ceramics we wanted a show that brought together makers with established reputations across all disciplines and techniques.

The idea behind exhibiting just three new pieces from each maker was to allow us to show eleven makers in June (Part One) and another eleven in July (Part Two). Our request to them was to submit new pieces that they felt represent them the best.

Apart from the aesthetics we hope that there will be much to see and learn about the way different materials and techniques impact on the finished piece.
